Chakra Series: Mindfulness Movement
Join me for an 8-week journey through the chakras by holding into gentle yoga asana (postures) and creating gentle asana sequences unique to each chakra. In this series we will move mindfully and intentionally through the chakra system using yoga poses. Movements will be gentle with lots of opportunity to use your props to support your own unique yoga journey. Throughout this series we will integrate movements that aid in connection with the self and foster greater awareness of the self.

Each week we will focus on a specific chakra and use mindful movements to increase awareness and connection with the chakras. The final week we will do a gentle series of poses to stimulate and balance all of the chakras.

What happens if you miss a class?
If you cannot attend the series live, the classes will be recorded, and the recordings will be emailed out to participants each week. 

Do you have to have your camera on?
No, this is a personal choice; please do what feels best for you.
