Chakra Yoga
Join me, Rachel Cadrin, for an 8-week journey using yoga asana (postures) to foster a deeper understanding and connection with the energetic body, the Chakras, via Zoom. This series will utilize gentle yoga poses to support you in connecting to each one of the primary 7 Chakras. This series will begin on March 10 with the Root Charka and end on April 28 with a practice to balance all of the Chakras through gentle physical movement.
Each week an email will be sent out with the details regarding the specific Chakra we will be focusing on. These emails include information about what a balanced vs unbalanced Chakra might look like and different ways to bring your chakras back into alignment.
What happens if you miss a class?
If you cannot attend the series live, the classes will be recorded, and the recordings will be emailed out to participants each week.
Do you need to be an experienced yogi?
All levels of yogi are welcome as this class is accessible to everyone, from the very beginner to the advanced practitioner.
Do you have to have your camera on?
No, this is a personal choice; please do what feels best for you.
