1:1 Sessions & Offerings

I offer private yoga classes, personalized meditation sessions, individual Yoga Nidra sessions, individual and family counselling, and art therapy sessions. One-on-one sessions range from 50 to 90 minutes, and the price depends on the service provided. Please note that pricing options and a sliding scale are available to those in need.   • I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor and art therapist. I am a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I offer counselling and art therapy services for individuals, couples, and families. These sessions are 50 minutes and will utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), art therapy, solution-focused therapy, Dialectal Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and person-centred therapy using a trauma-informed approach. These sessions will be tailored to your specific needs and goals.
    My focus is working with adults and children who are experiencing anxiety, intrusive thoughts, depression, ADHD, children of divorce (at all ages), difficulty focusing, phobias, stress, and compulsions. I work with ages 5+.
    Parents, when booking a session for your child, please note that it is best practice to do a parent-only session before working with your child. This session provides me with your child's developmental history and a complete understanding of why you are bringing your child to therapy. When working with children ages 5-10, it is most beneficial to do dyad work, working with the parent and the child to ensure the skills learned in therapy are applied in the home.

    I offer in-person sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. at my office in Inglewood (2501 Alyth Rd SE). On Wednesdays, I only offer online sessions from 1:00 to 4:00. If you prefer online services, I also offer online services on Mondays and Tuesdays.

    Individual sessions are $160, and a family session is $180.

  • I offer private yoga classes in person or via Zoom. I tailor these classes to meet your needs, healing goals, and yoga practice. The classes range from restorative to Buti yoga.

  • These sessions are offered in person or via Zoom. I create guided meditations specific to your needs and goals for healing.

  • I offer one-on-one Yoga Nidra sessions. In these sessions, you will be guided through a meditation that places you between sleep and wakefulness. In this state, the unconscious is more accessible. We hold onto stress, trauma, and other unresolved emotions in the unconscious mind. When we are in the space between sleep and wakefulness, it is more accessible to release and process the feelings and experiences we hold onto without confronting or naming them. Nidra is a gentle way to release stress, tension, and trauma from the body.

  • Ayurveda is the sister science of yoga. It uses diet, herbs, breathwork, and asana (the physical practice of yoga) to balance the bodily systems. In these sessions, we will determine your dosha, the categorical system of Ayurveda, which describes the principles of the body, mind, and behaviour. When a dosha is imbalanced, we will see issues with sleep, digestion, relationships, mental disturbances, headaches, body aches, and much more. By understanding your primary dosha, we can work with your body to restore it.

  • Each session is tailored to your needs as you progress through your pregnancy and once the baby is earthside. Pregnancy brings with it many physical, mental, and emotional changes that can be supported through yoga, breath work, and pelvic floor work. We will also address the mental aspect of this life-changing experience through meditation and yoga nidra.
