Chakra Series: Mantra, Mudra & Meditation
Join me for an 8-week journey through the body’s energy centres, the chakras using mantra, mudras, and guided meditation. This gentle practice is focused on turning into the self through the use of meditation, mantra, and mudra.
Mudras are hand gestures that serve as non-verbal communication and expression. Different mudras are associated with specific chakras and support in connecting with those chakras during meditation. Mantras are a word or a sound that is repeated to improve one’s concentration during mediation. Mantra can be repeated out loud or in one’s head. Guided meditation takes us on a journey through our chakra system so we may understand ourselves better.
Each week we will focus on a specific charka, using mantra, mudras, and meditations that are unique to each chakra. We will conclude this series by focusing on balancing all of the chakras.
What happens if you miss a class?
If you cannot attend the series live, the classes will be recorded, and the recordings will be emailed out to participants each week.
Do you have to have your camera on?
