Join me from the comfort of your own home as I guide you on a journey deep into the self. In our daily lives we accumulate a lot of things (energy, emotions, thoughts, and beliefs), many of which are not meant for us to carry. Through the process of turning into the unconscious mind, the part of the mind that holds onto the past and tries to predict the future, we can release those things that are not meant for us and truly embrace who we are in the now. This practice a ids in improving sleep and digestion, reducing pain and inflammation, and invites you to be present in your life.

This class is offered via Zoom so that you can make yourself as cozy and comfy as you like, you may want to drift off to sleep after the practice so you may want to practice from your bed. The classes are recorded and the recordings are added to an ever growing library you can access at any time. You can attend the classes, access the library or both. The choice is yours.
